Who we are
This site is operated by The Anomaly Co (ABN to be confirmed), based in Brisbane, Australia.
What this site is
This is a pre-launch marketing website. The online marketplace itself, browsing, checkout, and Drop Feed, is not live yet; this site captures waitlist signups and brand applications for it. Separately, The Anomaly runs in-person pop-up consignment markets, described below, ahead of the platform's launch.
Consignment markets
If you're a brand consigning stock to an Anomaly market: you keep 65-75% of the retail price on what sells (current tiers are on the Markets page), paid the same night via PayID. We're responsible for your stock from the moment a signed manifest confirms it's arrived to the moment it's returned to you or sold, and any dispute over lost, damaged, or missing stock is settled against that manifest. Unsold stock is returned to you after the market unless you choose to roll it into the next one. This section is a plain-language placeholder covering the terms we're actually operating on; it will be replaced by a lawyer-drafted consignment agreement before it's ever asked to cover a real dispute.
Founding 50 commission terms
Founding brand commission rates (5% for the first 25 brands, 8% for the next 25) are locked for the lifetime of your participation, as described on the For Brands page. A voluntary exit forfeits the locked rate, and founding status isn't transferable if the brand is sold or restructured. Full contractual terms are issued at onboarding.
Acceptable use
Please don't submit spam or false signups, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape or harvest data from it.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis during pre-launch. To the extent permitted by law, The Anomaly Co is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, beyond our stated responsibility for consigned market stock above.
