This pre-launch policy covers the waitlist, The Signal newsletter, brand applications, and market consignment submissions. A full privacy policy will be published when the platform launches.
What information we collect
During the pre-launch period we collect the email address you provide when joining the waitlist or subscribing to The Signal, and your name if you choose to include it. If you apply as a brand or to consign at a market, we also collect the business, product, and contact details you submit through our application forms (currently hosted on Tally), and any shipping details needed to run a consignment market.
How we use it
We use your email to send The Signal newsletter and to notify you about The Anomaly's launch. Brand application and consignment details are used only to review your application, run the market you've applied for, and pay you for what sells. We do not sell your information.
How we protect it
Signups are handled by ConvertKit, our email provider, and brand and consignment applications by Tally, our forms provider. Both are transmitted over encrypted connections. We limit access to your information to what's needed to operate the waitlist, review applications, and run markets.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and you may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
